and Natural Areas
Biking
Both Devil's Lake State Park & Mirror Lake State Park offer miles of mountain bike trails. You will need a Wisconsin State Park Bike Pass to ride your bikes on park trails. You do not need bike passes to ride the roads within the parks. Hiking & Natural Areas Again Devil's Lake State Park and Mirror Lake are the most popular hiking destinations. However there are a few less known areas that we suggestion you take time to visit:

Baraboo is a fairly small community and bike riding on
most roads is a fairly safe and enjoyable experience. However, we
recommend avoiding Highway 12 & 33. The Baraboo Bluffs are full of winding
country roads that are almost devoid of auto traffic and make for beautiful
rides among forested hills. Just be sure to take a map!
