 October 31 Baraboo - Boo Fest! - Baraboo. Safe Halloween trick or treating for area children, costume contest. Participating stores will have people in their doorways giving out treats. The costume contest will be held at 4pm on the Courthouse Square next to the cannon. Four age categories plus a pet category. Walgreens will be taking free photos. Downtown. Event starts at 3:00PM and ends at 5:00PM.
